It was forged through adversity, perseverance, and the unwavering conviction that purpose often emerges from life’s most defining challenges.
Radiant was founded by Dr. Fredrick Jacobs, an entrepreneur, advisor, and business leader who understands both the rewards of success and the trials that test a person’s resilience. After building and leading multiple successful ventures, Dr. Jacobs encountered a defining season in his life—a serious health challenge that forced him to pause, reflect, and reconsider the deeper meaning of leadership, legacy, and impact.
During that same period, he also experienced the profound loss of his father.
Moments like these clarify what truly matters.
Rather than allowing hardship to define the outcome of his story, Dr. Jacobs made a deliberate decision to rebuild—not simply to regain success, but to create something with greater purpose and broader impact. Through faith, discipline, and relentless focus, he rebuilt his ventures, regained momentum, and ultimately surpassed his previous level of success.
Yet through that journey came a deeper realization:

Dr. Jacobs’ daughter, Trinity Jacobs, is being intentionally developed within the organization as a future executive leader. Trinity is an Economics major at Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia, where she maintains a 4.0 GPA and serves as Class Treasurer. She is also a participant in the highly respected Spelpreneur Program, an initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of entrepreneurial and business leadership among Spelman scholars.
Through both academic excellence and real-world mentorship within Radiant Funding Group, Trinity is gaining early exposure to the principles of financial stewardship, leadership development, and strategic enterprise building.

Trinity Jacobs is an aspiring businesswoman and economics major at Spelman College with a passion for financial empowerment and entrepreneurship over the years she's developed strong in analytical in leadership skills through academic projects, business ventures, and community engagement. Her experience include leading student, nurse issues, managing small business operations and exploring the intersection of real estate economics and social impact. She's driven by the commitment to help others build generational wealth and to design businesses that prioritize people as much as profit.
